Bhukarma Agro Vision Private Limited

We are based in Arjunwad, which is part of the Shirol taluka in Kolhapur. Our office is at house number 1160. It’s a very traditional area, and we like it that way. Most of us grew up around here so we know the people well. We work on agricultural projects, trying to see what the future of farming in this district looks like. We call it Agro Vision, but really it’s just us trying to be smart about how we use the land. The soil here is rich, but it needs looking after properly. We spend a lot of time talking to the local growers. Our office is just a plain room where we keep our files and meet people for tea. It’s not some high-tech center with fancy computers. We have tea, talk about the weather, and then get to work. Sometimes the roads around Arjunwad get really muddy in the rain, but that doesn't stop us from getting out there. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just observe how the crops are doing and try to offer some practical advice to anyone who asks. It’s a slow process sometimes. You can't rush nature, no matter how hard you try. We stay busy with the seasonal cycles. It’s honest work, and we’re glad to be doing it right here in our own backyard. People know where to find us if they need a hand.
