Anandibai Mahila Agro Producer Company Limited is a group of us women from around the Karveer area. We have set up our main point of contact at House Number 176 in Panchagaontal. Kolhapur is known for its strong farming roots, and we wanted to make sure the women here had their own way to participate in the business side of things. Most of us have been working in the fields or managing households for years, so starting this company felt like the next natural step for us. At H No 176, things can get pretty lively when we all get together to discuss our plans. We handle everything from seeds to selling what we produce at the market. It is not a fancy corporate office; it is a home where we do business. We are focused on the practical stuff, like how to get better yields or how to share equipment. Being in Panchagaontal means we are close to the land we work every day. We do not use a lot of big words or have a complicated mission. We just want to work together so that everyone gets a bit more for their hard work.
