You can find us on Rui Road in Sajani. We use House Number 1105 for all our meetings and work. Hatkanangale is where we all belong. The name Aadishakti Agro Infinity sounds quite big but we are just local people. We don't have a big staff or any fancy equipment in the office. It’s just a regular house where we gather to talk about the sugarcane and other crops. Usually, there are a few of us sitting around a table with some registers and pens. We talk about the costs of everything going up. It’s hard to keep a farm running these days. We decided that working as a group was better than being alone. We don't have any polished speeches or marketing plans. We just speak our minds and try to help each other out. Sometimes the neighbors come over to join the conversation and we offer them water. The road outside gets quite dusty with all the traffic heading towards the main town. We spend our days mostly in the sun and our evenings trying to make sense of the market rates. There is no hidden agenda or big corporate structure. We just want to make sure our kids can have a future here. It’s a simple village life and we do our best with what we have even when things get a bit messy or disorganized. We just keep moving.
