Anmol Utsav Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited operates out of a house in Jondhwal. The address is H. No. 39B/1A, which is where we do most of our administrative work. We are a group that focuses on what farmers in this part of the country need. It is not a very large operation, but it keeps everyone involved quite occupied. Jondhwal is where we grew up, so setting up here made sense. We started this because there was a need for a local producer company that understood the soil and the crops around here. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big sign out front. It is mostly just paperwork and meetings about seeds and market prices. Some days are slower than others. When the harvest comes, things get a lot more frantic. We just try to get things done when we can. The name Anmol Utsav reflects a bit of what we feel about the work, though we don't talk about it much. Most of our time is spent out in the fields or sitting in the office at 39B/1A. It is a practical life. We have to deal with the same problems every other farmer faces. Pests, rain, and the cost of transport are always on our minds. We are just a bunch of people trying to make the agro business work for our community in Jondhwal. It is honest work and we are okay with that. There is always something to fix or a meeting to attend.
