Our processing unit is located in Shirol, which is part of the Kolhapur district. Specifically, we are at Deepnagar, Plot No. 32, CS No. 155. If you know the Taluka-Shirol area, you know it’s a place where agro-business is pretty central to everything. We aren't a giant factory, just a focused processing site. The building is functional and serves its purpose for the agro work we handle. Kolhapur is known for its agriculture, so being situated here makes a lot of sense for us. The daily routine involves a lot of managing the machines and the workers who come in from nearby. It gets a bit noisy during the peak hours, and there's always a smell of raw products in the air. We don’t spend much on making the place look pretty; we’d rather spend that on keeping the equipment running right. The team here is mostly made of people from the local town, so there's a lot of Marathi spoken and a very casual atmosphere. We have our fair share of challenges, like when the supply of raw materials is delayed or the logistics don't line up perfectly. We just take it one day at a time. It’s practical, everyday work for us. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just processing what the farmers grow and making sure it gets to the next stage. Our plot in Deepnagar is our home base, and we are quite content with the setup we have.
