Ghodawat Softech Llp is based out in Jaysingpur, in the Shirol taluka of Kolhapur. Our physical spot is at 438, A/P Chipri. Being out here is a lot different than being in the middle of a big city like Mumbai or Pune. It’s quieter, and the pace of life feels a bit more manageable. We are a small group of people who decided to set up shop right here in the local area. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with enough desks for everyone and a decent internet connection. We do a lot of our work online, so we don't really need a flashy storefront. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a nice change. We don't have a board of directors or fancy titles. We just handle the software tasks that come through our door. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or other small local issues, but we just work around them. It’s an honest living. We aren’t interested in being the next big thing in the tech world; we just want to do good work for the people who hire us.
