Our place, Elcom House, is on M.B. Lohia Marg in Gandhinagar. Elcom International Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this building for quite a while. It’s a solid building, though it’s seen a lot of years. We deal with electrical components and things of that nature. It isn't a high-tech lab where everything is white and sterile. It’s more of a working office and warehouse. Boxes get stacked up in the hallways sometimes when a big shipment arrives. We have a lot of different parts to keep track of, so things can get a bit chaotic during the busy hours. The staff here mostly just gets on with their jobs. We aren't big on meetings or long speeches. If there is a problem with an order, we just sit down and fix it. Gandhinagar is a good place to be, and we like being on Lohia Marg because it’s easy for the delivery drivers to find us. We don't spend a lot of money on decorations or fancy furniture. Most of our desks have been here since we started. It’s just a regular company trying to do right by the people who buy from us. We’ve had the same sign out front for years, and people in the industry know where to find us. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us. We just keep shipping parts out and taking new orders as they come in.
