Dev Associates

You can find Dev Associates over in Sambhaji Nagar. We are based in Rajaram Residency on Magdum Lawn Road. It is near the Race Course Naka and Gajanan Maharaj Nagar. Kolhapur is where we started and where we stay. The office is in a residential area, which makes it feel pretty grounded and calm. We handle various associate tasks, nothing too wild. It is a small group of us here. We keep the files organized and the phones answered as they ring. The road outside can get a bit dusty when there is construction, but mostly it is fine. We have been in this building for some time now. People in the neighborhood know us. We don't have a big sign or anything fancy out front. Just a nameplate and a door. We like the local vibe of Sambhaji Nagar. It is easy to get to from most parts of Kolhapur. We spend our days working through whatever projects come through the door. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and we take a quick break. We are not trying to change the world. We just want to do a decent job for whoever walks in. It is a practical way to run a business. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands. It is just us doing what we know how to do. There isn't much else to it. It is just a job we have been doing for years and we are happy to keep at it every day.
