D Diaries Bar & Restaurant Privatelimited is situated at Plot No. 1 in P. D. Bhosale Nagar, R. K Nagar, Kolhapur. We are not a high-end luxury lounge. We are just a local bar and restaurant where people can come to have a drink and some food without feeling out of place. The building is simple, and the decor is just what we could put together. We don't have a corporate team or a marketing person. It's just me and a few staff members who have been here for years. We know most of our customers by their first names. They come here after a long day of work to unwind. We don't have a fancy menu with names you can't pronounce. We serve local Kolhapuri food because that’s what people around here like. Sometimes it’s very quiet, and other times it’s so loud we can barely hear each other. That’s just the nature of the restaurant business. We don't make big promises about having the best service in the world. We just try to be quick and honest. If a dish isn't ready, we tell you. We started this in Karveer because it seemed like a good neighborhood. It’s been a lot of work, and some days are harder than others, but we like seeing familiar faces every night. We are just a regular place for regular people to sit and enjoy their time.
