Byos Technologies Private Limited is based in Kolhapur, specifically at Flat No 05 in the Panchaganga building on Plot No 33. Kolhapur is a great city to be in, and our spot is pretty central to everything we need. The office is really just a flat that we’ve repurposed. It still has that residential feel, with a kitchen that we use for making tea and a small balcony overlooking the street. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who handle the technical and administrative stuff. The desks are pushed up against the walls to make more space in the middle of the room. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so the fans are always going. We’ve got some files stored in the cabinets and some plants that we try to keep alive, though we forget to water them sometimes. There’s no fancy branding on the walls or corporate mission posters. We just show up, check the emails, and get through the tasks on our list. It’s an honest way to work. We like being in the Panchaganga area because it’s familiar and easy for everyone to get to. We don’t try to act like a big multinational company. We’re just a local business in Kolhapur trying to do good work and keep the lights on. It’s a modest setup, but it’s ours and it works for what we do every single day.
