A3 Technologies & Innovation Llp is based out of Kolhapur, specifically in the Anantpuram Apartment complex at Bapat Camp. We are in Flat C-508. It is a typical apartment setting turned into a workspace. Kolhapur is a bit slower than the big metros, and we like it that way. We do a lot of tech and innovation work right from this flat. It is not some high-tech lab with white walls and robots. It’s just us with our laptops and a decent internet connection. The E Ward area is a good spot, fairly central for most of us. We have grown used to the sounds of the neighborhood while we work on our projects. Sometimes we have to move the dining table to make room for more gear when a new project starts. It is practical and keeps our overheads low, which is how we prefer to run things. We are not big on titles or fancy designations here. Everyone just chips in where they can. If you come by, you might find us debating a design or just taking a break with some local snacks. We chose Kolhapur because it’s home and we wanted to prove you can do good tech work without moving to Mumbai or Pune. It works for us and we have stayed busy enough. It is a modest setup, but we have everything we need to keep moving forward.
