Prayas Engineering Ltd Fabrication Qc/Qa Department

The Fabrication QC/QA Department for Prayas Engineering Ltd is located at 8/B in the Jai Vijay Colony. We are right across from the Muktinagar Society on Ramtalavadi Road in Nadiad. This is where we do all the checking and quality testing for the fabrication work. It’s a busy little office because there is always something that needs to be inspected or a report that needs writing. The road outside can get quite dusty, especially in the dry season, and there is always a lot of traffic passing by. Inside, the space is filled with testing equipment and stacks of documents that we have to go through. It’s not a fancy place by any means. The floor is concrete and the desks are old metal ones that have been around for years. We spend most of our time looking at measurements and making sure everything is up to the right standard. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles to keep up with the Gujarat heat, so we have a couple of extra fans blowing. We aren't really set up for visitors, so there isn't much of a lobby or anything. It’s just a practical work environment for the quality control team. We have a small kitchen in the back where we take our breaks and have some tea. It is a straightforward, no-nonsense department where the focus is strictly on the work at hand. We like the location here in Nadiad as it is easy for the staff to reach.
