Our place is Sco No-1, right along the Mughal Canal in Karnal. Being near the Civil Hospital means there’s always a lot of movement around here, people coming and going at all hours. The canal area has its own vibe, and being at the very first spot makes us pretty easy to find if you’re driving by. We spend most of our time just keeping up with the daily chores that come with running a food business. It’s not always glamorous work. There’s a lot of cleaning, prep work, and waiting for deliveries to show up. The mornings are usually spent getting the kitchen ready and making sure everything is in its place. We’ve been in this part of Karnal for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit here and there. The traffic on the road can be a bit loud, especially during the peak hours, but we’ve grown used to the sound of horns and engines. We don’t really have a fancy philosophy or anything like that; we just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the sink acts up or the lights flicker, but that’s just part of being in an older building. We just try to get the pizzas out on time and keep the place looking halfway decent for whoever walks through the door. It’s just us, some ovens, and the daily routine of serving the people who stop by the canal.
