Pawan Nursery & Primary School

Pawan Nursery & Primary School is located at 39 G-B in Senthooran Nagar, which is in the Kottar area of Nagercoil. Being a nursery and primary school, our days are usually filled with the sounds of very young children. It is a small place because we only handle the early grades. Senthooran Nagar is a decent area and we are tucked away a bit from the main road noise. The building is simple and we have decorated the walls of the nursery rooms with some drawings to make it look a bit more cheerful for the little ones. We have a few teachers who are good with kids and they spend their whole day managing the chaos. There is always someone crying or someone laughing, that is just how it is with that age group. We have a small area for them to play safely. Our office is just a corner with a desk and some cupboards for the books and registers. We spend a lot of time talking to parents when they drop off or pick up their children. Nagercoil weather can be quite rainy at times, so we have to make sure the kids stay dry and the building doesn't get too damp. It is a modest school and we just keep things moving along day by day. We have been here for a while and most people in Kottar know us.
