You can find Vicky Pan Shop at Shop No. 2, right at the Chain Factory Chauraha in Shastri Nagar. We are quite close to Mariampur Hospital, so there are always people around. Kanpur is a city that never really stops, and this crossroads is no different. We’ve been sitting here for a long time, serving the locals and those just passing through the intersection. It’s a small place, mostly just a counter and some storage for what we sell. People stop by for a quick break, a chat, or just to pick up something small. We don't have any big staff or fancy systems. It’s just us doing the work day in and day out. The weather in Kanpur can be pretty dusty, so we are always wiping down the counter. Sometimes the traffic at the Chauraha gets really loud, making it hard to hear what customers are saying, but we manage. We know the regulars who come by every evening after work. It’s a simple life running a pan shop. We don’t do much in terms of marketing; the location does the work for us. People see us when they are stuck at the light or walking to the hospital. We just keep the supplies ready and wait for the next person to walk up. It’s a basic setup, honest work, and it keeps us busy enough throughout the day.
