Mr Chef

Mr Chef is located at 2/2 Block 1 on Durga Mandir Road. We are in the Govind Nagar West part of Kanpur, which is 208006. If you know the neighborhood, we are right near Sohams Sweets. Our shop is quite simple, just a small space where we do all the cooking and serving. The road outside is often a bit dusty, and you can hear the sounds of the local market nearby. We open up in the morning and start prepping everything for the day's meals. The kitchen has been there for a while, and it has that worn-in feel that comes with cooking every single day. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that, just a couple of us who know how to handle the stove. The lighting inside is a bit dim sometimes, but it gets the job done. People usually drop in for a quick bite or to take something home to their families. We see a lot of the same people every week since it is a residential area. There is no mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just put on our aprons and get to work. Sometimes the sink leaks a little or the front door squeaks, but it’s our place and we are used to its quirks by now.
