Down in Ashok Nagar, right near the Coca Cola Chaurha, you'll find us at 111a/18. Food Kraft Restro Cafe is just a local spot for people in Kanpur. That chaurha is always busy with traffic and people, so there is never a dull moment looking out the window. We aren't a big chain with fancy rules. It is just a few of us working here every day. We start early, getting everything wiped down and ready for the first customers. The neighborhood around Ashok Nagar has a specific feel to it, and we try to fit right in. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked, but we just deal with it as it comes. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just write what we know. The cafe is a place where you can just be yourself. We see students from nearby and people who work in the local shops. The 208012 area is where we have made our home. It isn't perfect, and we don't pretend it is. Some of the chairs might be a bit old, but they are comfortable. We put a lot of hours into this place because it is what we do.
