Pizzahut

The shop is sitting at 31/1 N.L.C. in Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur, U.P. This is where we make all the pizzas and take orders. Kidwai Nagar is a pretty crowded place so there is always something happening outside our door. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and most people in the area know where we are. It’s a busy kitchen and we spend most of our shift on our feet. It gets pretty hot near the ovens especially during the summer months in Kanpur. We aren't a big fancy restaurant with white tablecloths. It’s just a place to get some food and go, or wait a bit for your order. We have some seating but it’s mostly about the kitchen and getting the dough ready. The street outside can be a mess with bikes and cars everywhere. We just try to get the orders out as they come in. There isn't any big secret to what we do, we just follow the recipes and keep the place clean. Sometimes we get a huge rush and everyone is scrambling to get things done. Other times it's quiet and we just clean or prep for the next day. It’s a standard job in a standard location. If you are around Kidwai Nagar, you’ve probably seen our sign near the N.L.C. area. We are just part of the daily grind here.
