Kesarwani Dosa Corner

We are located at 7/10 in Arya Nagar, Kanpur. Our shop is right opposite SGM Plaza, so it is quite easy to spot us if you are in the area. We call ourselves a dosa corner because we aren't a big restaurant. It is more of a local spot where you can grab a bite without making a big deal out of it. We have been in Arya Nagar for quite a while and have seen many businesses come and go. Kanpur is a fast-moving city, and we try to keep up with the pace. Most of our customers are people who are shopping at the plaza or workers from the nearby offices. We don't have a polished staff in uniforms. It’s just a few of us wearing regular clothes and working the tawa. We spend a lot of time cleaning and preparing the batter every day. The shop is simple and doesn't have any expensive decorations. We don't believe in spending money on fancy ads. We just hope the food is enough for people to come back. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when too many people show up at once, but we manage. It’s just an ordinary place run by ordinary people who have been doing this for a long time. We just keep the stove going and wait for the next person to walk in. That is how we spend our time here in Kanpur every week.
