Al Amin Caterers

So, we are over at 45/14 in Roti Wali Gali. If you know Nai Sarak, you know it is a busy place with a lot of history. Al Amin Caterers has been around this spot for a while, right by B N Shula & Sons. It is a bit of a tight squeeze in the lane sometimes, especially when we are moving big pots around or getting supplies delivered in the morning. The air always smells like something is cooking nearby, which is just how Roti Wali Gali is. We start early most days because that is just the way the work goes. You can't really sleep in when there is prep to be done. The building itself is old, but it has a lot of character, and we have gotten used to the quirks of the place. It is not like those new modern buildings you see popping up everywhere else. We just do our thing here and try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit chaotic when things are busy. People around here know us, and we know them. It is a real community feeling in this part of town. Sometimes the traffic on Nai Sarak makes things take longer than they should, but you just learn to deal with it. We have been at 45/14 for long enough that it feels like part of us now. It is just a regular day-to-day life for us at Al Amin Caterers.
