Our place is at 36- B in Dada Nagar, which is a pretty heavy industrial area. You can hear the sounds of factories and trucks all day long around here. North West Steel Industries has been part of this neighborhood for a while, and we fit right in with the grit and the hard work of the place. We work with steel, which means our building is full of heavy machinery and stacks of metal. It’s not a place for fancy clothes or polished floors. Everything here is built for function. We are a small team and we don't have a lot of hierarchy. If something needs doing, whoever is free just jumps in and handles it. We don't spend money on big ads or trying to make ourselves look like a giant corporation. Most of our customers are other businesses who just need certain steel products. We focus on getting the measurements right and making sure the metal is handled properly. Sometimes the machines act up or a delivery is late because of traffic in Dada Nagar, but we just deal with it. It’s a tough business but it’s what we know how to do. We don't make big promises, we just show up every morning and get to work. It’s been that way for years, and we don't see any reason to change how we operate.
