We are situated at S-24, Site No. 3, in the Panki Industrial Area. If you’ve ever been to Panki, you know it’s a massive place with lots of different factories and workshops. Our spot is one of many, but we’ve made it our own over the years. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings and there’s a constant smell of cutting oil in the air. We do a lot of heavy lifting and manual work here. It's not the cleanest environment, but that’s just the nature of working with metal all day. Our team is small, and most of us have been working together for years, so we know each other's habits and how to stay out of each other's way. We don't have a big corporate manual or anything like that. We just know what needs to be done when a job comes in. Sometimes the power goes out in the industrial area and we have to sit around and wait for it to come back on, which gives us a chance to catch up on some talk. We keep our equipment in decent shape, even the older machines that have been with us since the very start. It's a practical place for practical work. We don't bother with a lot of paperwork unless it's absolutely necessary for the job. Most things are handled with a quick conversation and a handshake. It’s a simple way of doing things that has worked for us for a long time.
