You can find us at Plot No. E-43 on Panki Mandir Road. We’re right near the Bridge Medical Center, which is a good landmark because the road can get pretty crowded with traffic. It’s a busy spot. We deal in steel and all sorts of hardware items. The shop is full of heavy stuff—rods, pipes, boxes of bolts, and tools. It’s a bit of a maze inside sometimes because we keep getting new stock in. We spend a lot of time unloading trucks and stacking things up. It’s a lot of metal clanging and people shouting over the noise of the street. Being near the medical center means there are always people moving around. We aren't trying to be anything special, just a hardware store where you can get what you need for a project. The floors are usually a bit dusty from the road and the steel, but that’s just how it is. We’ve got a small desk where we handle the paperwork, but mostly we’re on our feet. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially with all that metal around. We know most of the regular contractors who come through. It’s a basic business. We open up, move the stock, talk to the customers, and close up when the sun goes down. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. Sometimes we run out of things, but we try to get them back in stock quickly.
