Aroma Ice Creem

Our place, Aroma Ice Creem, is located at Plot No. 390A in the D-Block of Panki Industrial Area. Being in Site-1 means there are factories and workshops all around us. It is definitely not a quiet neighborhood. You hear the sounds of machinery and trucks all day long. We have been operating out of this plot for some time now. It is a practical space. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything. The focus is mainly on the production side of things. We have the freezers and the mixing equipment set up in the main hall. It gets pretty cold in the storage area, which is what you want when you are making ice cream. Some of our neighbors are in textiles or chemicals, so we are a bit different being in food. The workers here are mostly locals who know the area well. We usually start the machines early in the morning to beat the heat of the afternoon. Sometimes the deliveries take a while because the roads in the industrial area can get pretty crowded with big lorries. We just do our work and keep things moving. It is a lot of cleaning and checking temperatures throughout the shift. There isn't much more to it than that. We are just a small part of the big industrial zone here in Kanpur and we keep our heads down and work.
