Our place, Akash Foods, is at Plot No-25 in the Lal Bangla area. We are very easy to find because we are right near the local police station. Usually, you can smell whatever we are cooking before you even see the sign. Lal Bangla is a busy spot, and being near the station means there is always something going on outside our door. We have a small kitchen setup and a space where we pack everything. It’s a lot of heat and steam, especially during the lunch rush. We don't have a big staff, just a few local people who know how to handle food properly. We start our prep work very early, usually while it’s still dark outside. By the time the sun is up, we have the first batches going. The floor is always a bit sticky and the walls have that layer of kitchen grease, but we keep the equipment clean. We don't do much in the way of promotion. People just know the food is there and they come by. Sometimes the police officers from next door pop in for a quick bite. We don't have a menu with fancy names. It’s just simple food made the way we’ve always made it. When the day is over, we clean up and get ready to do it all over again the next morning. That's just our routine here.
