This office is down on Mettu Street in Perumbakkam, Chennai. It’s a busy little corner of the city. We handle a lot of insurance paperwork here. If you walk in, you’ll see stacks of files and people trying to organize claims and policies. The humidity in Chennai is always a thing, so the fans are almost always on full blast. We’ve got a small team, and everyone knows each other well. It’s not a giant corporate headquarters, just a local branch where we deal with the everyday stuff. People come in with their forms, asking about their cars or their health plans, and we try to sort it out. The street outside can get quite noisy with the traffic and the shops nearby, but we don't mind it much anymore. Sometimes the internet goes slow, which is frustrating when we’re trying to upload documents, but we manage to get it done. We usually have our lunch together in the back or go to the small eatery just down the road. It’s a very normal office life. No fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets, just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We stay until the work is finished, usually around six or seven in the evening. It’s just how things go here in this part of Chennai. It is what it is, and we just keep the files moving even when it gets really busy during the end of the month.
