Adecco Sa is located at C5 on the 1st Floor of Bharat Apartments in Adambakkam. We are on 4th Street in Surendra Nagar, Chennai 600088. This isn't a massive corporate headquarters; it’s a functional office space inside an apartment building. Being on the first floor makes it easy to get in and out without waiting for a lift. The area of Abambakkam is quite residential and busy with local shops. Our office is pretty basic. We have some desks, chairs, and computers for the team to handle recruitment and staffing tasks. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s not too bad. The apartment vibe makes it feel less stressful than a downtown office. We don't have fancy artwork on the walls or a lounge for guests. We just have the things we need to work. Sometimes the street outside gets a bit waterlogged during the rains, but that’s just life in Chennai. We come in every morning, check the latest openings, and talk to people looking for jobs. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone. We are just here doing our jobs in a quiet corner of the city. It’s a straightforward environment where everyone knows what their role is. We just keep things moving along as best as we can.
