Gaint Leep Careers

So, we are Gaint Leep Careers. Our office is tucked away at number 7, Kruthika Nilaya. It’s on 7th A Cross in Defense Colony, which is part of the Nagasandra post area in Bangalore. It’s a quiet enough neighborhood most of the time. We’ve been operating from here for some time now, just doing our thing. We work on career stuff, helping people figure out their next steps and finding roles. It’s not a huge operation, just a small team trying to get things right. The office is basically a house that we use for work. It feels more like a home than a big corporate building, which we kind of like. We have our routines and our daily cups of tea. Most of our day is spent on calls or looking through files. Being in Defense Colony means we avoid some of the heaviest city noise, but it’s still Bangalore, so there’s always something happening. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just trying to be useful to the people who come to us. We chose this spot because it felt right for the kind of work we do. It’s simple and functional. There’s not much more to say about it. We’re just here at 7th A Cross, keeping busy with the career work and making sure we get the basics done.
