Executive Tracks Associates

Our office is over in the Tnhb Flats, specifically H- 4/6 in Thiruvalluvar Nagar. It’s right in Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai. Being in the Tnhb flats means it’s a residential vibe, which we actually prefer. It’s quieter than being right on the main busy roads. Executive Tracks Associates has been running out of this unit for a while. We’ve turned the living area into a main workspace. It’s got that specific feel of a Chennai apartment—tiled floors and high ceilings to help with the heat. We can hear the neighborhood sounds, like kids playing or people selling things on the street. It’s very grounded. We don’t have a corporate lobby or anything like that. You just come up to the flat. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on our laptops and taking calls. We keep a lot of records in big steel cupboards. Thiruvanmiyur is a nice area, and we’re close enough to the beach to feel the breeze sometimes, though not really inside the office. We don’t spend money on fancy marketing stuff. We just focus on the work at hand. Most of our day is spent coordinating things and keeping track of different projects. It’s a modest setup, but it serves us well. We’ve got our regular tea guy who comes by, and that’s pretty much the highlight of the afternoon. It’s just a normal, small-scale operation here in the flats.
