An Indian Executive Recruitment Consultancy

Our office is tucked away in Fourrts Kudil, right at Plot -5, Lakshmi Avenue in Madhanandapuram. It’s in the Porur area of Chennai, 600116. We call ourselves a recruitment consultancy, but really, we just spend our days trying to find the right people for various companies across the country. It sounds more complicated than it is. Mostly, it’s about reading through a lot of emails and making a hundred phone calls to see if someone is interested in moving to a new role. We aren't a big corporate machine with hundreds of employees. It’s a smaller team here, and the office usually has stacks of resumes sitting on the desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone, trying to understand what a company needs. It’s a bit of a puzzle sometimes. We don't use any fancy sales talk because people in high-up positions can see right through that anyway. We just tell it like it is. The Porur area is always growing, so there’s always noise from the construction or the traffic nearby. We just keep our heads down and try to match the right person with the right job. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of waiting for people to call us back. Some days it’s rewarding, and other days it’s just a lot of paperwork that never seems to end. That is the reality of working in recruitment here.
