Talent Focus Management Consultant

We started Talent Focus Management Consultant a while back on Muthiyal Reddy Street in Alandur. It is a quiet spot in Chennai but we keep busy enough. People come to us when they need to find workers or when they are looking for a new job themselves. We sit in this small office and talk to folks all day. It’s mostly about matching the right person with the right desk. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it is just us filing papers. Chennai is a big city but Alandur feels like a smaller community where everyone knows someone. We have seen a lot of changes in the hiring world since we opened up here. Managing people isn't always easy but we try to keep things straightforward. If you walk down the street, you’ll find us easily. There is nothing fancy about how we work. We just look at resumes and listen to what companies say they need. Usually, it is a lot of back and forth. We spend most of our mornings checking emails and the afternoons are for interviews. It’s a lot of talking. We don't use big words or complicated software for everything. Just a desk, a couple of chairs, and some decent tea from the shop nearby. We like being in this part of town because it is easy for people to reach us by the metro or bus. It feels like a real neighborhood office.
