Sun Industrial Automation And Solutions is located at Plot No 95 in the Developed Electronic Ind. Estate over in Perungudi. If you know the area, it’s right in the thick of things where all the industrial activity happens. Our space isn't much to look at from the outside, just another unit in the estate, but it’s where all the work happens. Inside, there's always something being put together or tested. It can get a bit noisy with the machines and the tools going, but that's just how an automation shop sounds. We spend a lot of time looking at schematics and trying to figure out why a particular solution isn't clicking yet. The floor is usually covered in some kind of parts or wires, though we try to sweep up every Friday. Perungudi has its own vibe, very industrial and busy, especially during shift changes. We usually grab lunch at one of the small shops around the corner. It's not a fancy office with big rugs or anything. We have some sturdy benches and plenty of light for the fine work. Sometimes the power flutters a bit, which is ironic for an automation shop, but we have backups for that. We’ve been at Plot No 95 for a while now and most of the neighbors know us by name. It’s a good, solid place to work on hardware and troubleshoot problems. We just try to get through the daily tasks without too much fuss and make sure the gear is ready to go.
