Caspa Restaurant

Our restaurant is on Ramaswamy Street in Tambaram West. The address is a bit confusing because of the old and new numbering, but we are at New No 36, right near the Vivek Showroom. It’s a busy little corner of Chennai, and we’ve been serving food here for quite some time now. We’re not a corporate chain or anything like that. It’s just a local eatery where we do most of the work ourselves. The kitchen is the heart of the place, and it’s usually humming with noise from early morning when we start the first pots of the day. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls; we mostly just have simple tables and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. We like it that way because it feels comfortable and lived-in for everyone who visits. Our customers are mostly folks who live nearby or workers looking for a quick meal before they head back to the office. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do here. We just cook the food we know how to make and hope people enjoy it. Sometimes the service is a bit slow when we’re shorthanded, but we try to make up for it by being as helpful as possible. It’s a simple life running a restaurant in Tambaram. You get to know the people on the street and see the same faces every day. If you’re near the showroom and need a meal, come find us.
