Appsa Kitchen

We started Appsa Kitchen over here in Selaiyur, not far from the police station. Our address is No 169 on Velachery Main Road. It’s a busy part of the city, and being on the main road helps people spot us. We aren't a big fancy establishment. It’s just a kitchen where we make food for the local crowd. Most of our customers are people living in the 600073 area or those commuting to work. The space isn’t huge, but it works for what we do. We spend most of our time prepping ingredients and cooking. It can get pretty hot in the kitchen during the summer months. We try to keep things organized, but on busy nights, it gets a little hectic. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the cooking and serving. People seem to find us just fine by walking or driving past. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The police station nearby is a good landmark for people who haven't been here before. We focus on just getting the food ready and making sure people get what they ordered. It’s just a regular local kitchen with people working hard to get the orders out on time. We don't overthink it, we just cook what people like to eat and try to keep things moving.
