Caremel Restaurants

Caremel Restaurants is located inside the Asiana Hotel at No 1/238. We are on Old Mahabalipuram Road, which everyone calls OMR, in the Sholinganallur area. Our pincode is 600119. Being inside a hotel means we get a lot of different people coming through our doors. Some are staying for work in the nearby IT parks and others are just passing through Chennai. We aren't the ones who run the whole hotel, we just take care of the restaurant. It is a bit more polished than a street-side stall because of the hotel setting, but we still keep things pretty simple. Our kitchen staff works hard to prepare meals for the guests throughout the day. OMR is a very busy road with a lot of traffic, so once people get here, they usually just want to sit down and have a quiet meal. We spend a lot of time making sure the kitchen is clean and the food is ready on time. We don't have a big corporate headquarters. We just have our team here in Sholinganallur. We’ve been at this location for a while and we know the routine of the hotel guests pretty well by now. It’s a steady pace of work and we just focus on doing our part every day.
