Anandas Restaurant

We are located on the first floor of the KKJ Complex in Sholinganallur. It’s right on the IT Highway, so there are a lot of office buildings and tech parks all around us. We are actually situated right above the Searam Clinic, which makes it easy for people to find the building. Being on the first floor means people have to walk up the stairs or take the lift, which can be a bit slow sometimes. The restaurant has big windows where you can look out at the traffic on the highway. It’s mostly cars and office buses all day long. We get a lot of people coming in for lunch who work in the nearby offices. They are usually in a hurry to get back to their desks, so we try to keep things moving. The kitchen is tucked away in the back and it gets quite busy during those middle hours of the day. We have a simple setup with plain tables and chairs. It’s not a place for a fancy night out, just a spot to get a meal. The staff here are mostly local guys who know the area well. We spend our downtime cleaning the tables and prepping for the next rush. Sholinganallur is a very fast-paced place, and we are just trying to keep up with it from our spot in the complex. It can be a bit tiring with the constant flow of people, but we prefer being busy over having an empty room.
