Starpac India Limited is situated over in the Sidco Industrial Estate in Thirumudivakkam. Our specific spot is Ac22B, which is easy enough to find if you are familiar with the industrial layout in this part of Chennai. We deal with packing and related work, and the warehouse is usually stacked high with materials. It gets very humid here, as anyone who lives in Chennai can tell you, but we have our fans going and we just get on with the job. The industrial estate is a hive of activity from early morning, with workers from all over the city arriving on their bikes and buses. We’ve been here at Ac22B for a long time, and we’ve seen the estate grow and change. Inside, it’s all about moving boxes and making sure everything is labeled and ready to go. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk or marketing brochures. Most of our energy goes into managing the floor and making sure the packing machines are running smoothly. We have a small office tucked away in the front where we handle the invoices and the phone calls. It’s a lot of work, and the days can be long, but it’s what we do. We aren't looking to change the world, just trying to run a steady operation here in Thirumudivakkam and keep the business moving forward as best as we can.
