We are Scipa Metsab India Pvt. Ltd., and we operate out of No:C-30 in Sipcot'S Industrial Park. If you know the Irungattukottai area in Sriperumpudur Taluk, you know it’s a huge place for manufacturing. We’ve been part of this industrial park for a while now. The facility is set up for the kind of technical work we do, and while it might look like just another building from the outside, there’s a lot going on inside. We aren't the type of company to put up huge billboards or make a lot of noise. We mostly just focus on our daily production schedules and making sure the parts we make are correct. Our staff comes from the local towns around the taluk, and they are the ones who really keep the place going. It's a serious workplace, but we don't act like we're better than anyone. We deal with a lot of specifics and technical details every day, so we don't have much time for fluff. The industrial park is a busy hub, and being here helps us stay connected to everything we need. We just show up, do our shifts, and make sure we finish what we started. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work and we take a lot of pride in just getting it right. That's the way it is here.
