K.S Rice-Tec Milling Equipment Pvt Ltd

Our office is over in Thiruvanmiyur, located in Flat H57/T1 of the Marudam Apartments in Thiruvalluvar Nagar. It might seem a bit unusual to run a milling equipment company out of an apartment building, but it works for us. K.S Rice-Tec is mostly about the technical side of rice milling, so we spend a lot of time on drawings, planning, and talking to clients on the phone. We don't keep the heavy machinery here; that’s all at the sites or warehouses. This place is where the thinking and the paperwork happen. It’s usually pretty quiet inside, which helps when we’re trying to figure out complicated equipment layouts. We have desks pushed against the walls and shelves full of technical manuals and catalogs. Outside, Thiruvanmiyur is a nice area with a bit of a sea breeze if you’re lucky. We often walk down the street to grab a quick bite during the day. We’ve been doing this for quite a while, so we know the rice milling business inside out. We don’t try to impress anyone with a big shiny office. We’d rather focus on making sure the equipment we provide actually does what it’s supposed to do for the mills. It’s a lot of coordination and checking details over and over. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when a client has an emergency, but we just handle it one step at a time.
