Control Techniques India Pvt. Ltd. You can find us at 117-B in the Developed Plot area of the Industrial Estate in Perungudi. It’s a busy part of the estate with lots of other businesses around us. The building is a standard industrial unit, nothing really stands out about it from the street. We’ve been here for a good while, and the routine hasn't changed much. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, some equipment, and a lot of cables. It gets pretty busy during the middle of the week with people moving around and phone calls coming in. The industrial estate has its own rhythm, with trucks arriving and leaving at all hours. We don't really have a fancy reception area or anything like that. If you walk in, you’re likely to just see someone working at a desk or heading to the back. It’s a practical workspace meant for getting things done rather than looking impressive. The air conditioning is usually running because it gets quite warm in Perungudi during the day. We have our regulars who know where we are, but otherwise, it’s just a quiet spot in a big complex. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. As long as there’s enough room for everyone to work and the power stays on, we’re doing alright. It’s just our little corner of the estate where we focus on our daily business.
