We are located at Plot No.228 and 229 in the Sidco Industrial Estate over in Thirumudivakkam. Having two plots gives us the space we need for all the industrial service work we handle. It’s a busy estate, full of the sounds of machinery and the smell of grease. We aren't the kind of place with a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just see one of us working on a machine or looking over a blueprint. Our clothes usually have a bit of oil on them by the end of the day. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We’ve been in this spot for several years and have seen the estate grow. The roads here get pretty muddy when it rains, so we all keep an extra pair of boots by the door. We don't have a marketing budget or a polished sales pitch. Most of our customers are other factory owners in the area who know we can fix things. We eat our lunch together in the small shade outside when the weather is nice. It’s a hard-working atmosphere but we keep it friendly. We focus on the repairs and the servicing, making sure everything runs like it should. We aren't looking to be the biggest, just to be the most reliable for the folks who rely on us. It’s just how Benco operates every day.
