ALPHA Industries is located at 16, Mk Nagar in Gerugambakkam. It’s a quiet enough area but we stay pretty busy with our work. We started this place a while back and have just kept growing bit by bit. There isn't a lot of fuss here. We just show up, do what needs doing, and head home. Our workshop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but inside we have everything we need to keep things running. The team is just a few local guys who know their way around the equipment. We don't really do much advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby in Gerugambakkam. It’s funny how news travels in a small community. One day you’re just working alone, and the next day someone is knocking on the door asking for help with a project. We like the pace of life here. It’s not as fast as the big city, which suits us just fine. Sometimes the machines act up or the weather makes things a bit slow, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around. We just want to do decent work and keep our customers happy. That’s about all there is to it. If you walk past Mk Nagar, you’ll probably hear the noise from our shop. We’re usually there from Monday to Saturday, just getting through the pile of work we have on our desks and tables.
