You’ll find our office on G S Road in the Christan Basti area, which is pretty much the main hub for everything happening in Guwahati these days. We are situated quite close to Pragati Manor, which is a very well-known hotel, so that makes it a lot easier for people to find us without getting lost in the maze of side streets. Being on G S Road means we are always right in the middle of the noise, the flyovers, and the constant stream of people. It’s a very different feel compared to the older parts of the city. Our space is simple and straightforward, without any of that polished corporate decor that makes everything feel cold. We have some desks, a few maps maybe, and the usual office supplies. The windows let in the sound of the traffic, which is something you just get used to after a week of working here. Christan Basti has changed a lot lately with new buildings popping up, but we’re still here in our same spot. It’s a convenient location for us because the post office and banks are all within walking distance. Most mornings start with the sound of the city waking up and the smell of exhaust and street food. We don’t try to be anything we aren't; we are just a local team working out of a busy corner of Guwahati. It’s practical, it’s central, and it suits the way we operate Xplore North East.
