Sidhi Vinayak Travels

Sidhi Vinayak Travels is located in the Banabasu Complex on G S Road. We are right across from the Bora Service station, which is a pretty well-known landmark here in Guwahati. The traffic on G S Road is almost always heavy, so there’s a lot of noise and movement right outside our door. We’ve been handling travel stuff from this office for a good while. It's a small space filled with folders, calendars, and a couple of computers. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers and checking on bookings. Guwahati is the gateway to the rest of the Northeast, so we see people heading out to all sorts of places. Some days are chaotic with people changing their plans last minute or buses getting stuck in the rain. Monsoon season is especially tricky here with the roads. We don't have a fancy waiting lounge or anything like that. Just some chairs for people to sit while we sort out their paperwork. It’s a hands-on kind of job. We know the local routes and which roads are currently under construction. Most of the people who come to us are locals who have been using us for years. We just try to get people where they need to go without too much fuss. It’s a local business run by people who live right here in the city. We keep it simple and try to help where we can.
