Radiant Tours & Travels is located in Nilgiri Mansion on G S Road in the Bhangaghar area of Dispur. We are right across the street from Nemcare Hospital, so that’s the easiest way to find us if you’re coming for a visit. This part of Guwahati is always moving, with a lot of people going to the hospital or the nearby shops. Our office is a straightforward space inside the mansion. We don't have any corporate decorations or fancy lighting; it’s just desks, computers, and a lot of files. We focus on the practical side of travel, like getting tickets issued and making sure hotel bookings are confirmed. It’s a lot of administrative work, but we’ve been doing it long enough that it’s second nature to us. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic on G S Road makes us late, but we just keep going. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there; we just want to do a decent job for the people who walk through our door. The atmosphere in the office is usually pretty relaxed, despite how busy the street is outside. We have our regulars who come in just to chat about their next trip, and we like that local connection. It’s an honest, small-scale operation where we focus on the details that matter to travelers. We’re just a few people working hard in the heart of Bhangaghar.
