Cool Cab

Cool Cab operates out of the Kahilipara Lutuma Colony in Guwahati. We are located right near Binoda Nagar, which is a fairly quiet residential area compared to the main city center. Our setup is pretty basic because we spend most of our time focusing on the cars and the drivers rather than sitting in a fancy office. It’s a local operation, and most of the people who work here live nearby. You’ll usually find a few of us sitting around the desk handling calls and coordinating where the next pickup needs to be. The streets in Lutuma Colony can be a bit narrow, so we know the local shortcuts better than most. We started this because we saw a need for reliable rides in this part of town. It isn't a glamorous job, but it’s important for people who need to get to the airport or the station early in the morning. We deal with all sorts of situations, from flat tires to heavy rain that slows everything down. Our office is just a place to keep the keys and the logs organized. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure that when someone calls for a cab, there is a driver ready to go. It’s a practical business run by people who know these roads well. We’ve been in the 781018 area for a while and plan to stay.
