Our place, Souvenir Solutions, is in the H.K Market on Nayanpur Road in Ganeshguri. We are right opposite the Northeastern Lodge. If you’ve ever been to Ganeshguri, you know how packed and lively it gets. Our office is just a small spot in the middle of all that market energy. We focus on travel solutions, which really just means we help people figure out their trips and book what they need. It’s a busy environment and we usually have people popping in and out all day while they are out shopping. We don't have a lot of space, but we have everything we need to get the job done. The market can be very noisy and sometimes it is hard to hear on the phone, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been in this location for several years and know many of the other business owners nearby. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It is just a couple of us working hard to keep things organized. Sometimes we get a bit tired of the crowds, but it’s a good place to be if you want to be where the action is. We just try to provide practical help to anyone who walks through the door. It’s a very local, down-to-earth kind of business and we keep it that way.
