Tourmate India Travels

Tourmate India Travels is located right in the middle of Mani Bazar. We are at Shop Number 2 on SS Road in Fancy Bazar. It is a very crowded street, especially being near Akshay Tower where everyone seems to be heading. The office is right there on the street level so you can see us through the glass door. We have been in this shop for a few years now. It is a tight space because Mani Bazar is quite packed with other shops selling all sorts of things. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work on bookings. People come in from the street with all kinds of questions about bus timings or how to get to the airport without spending too much. We try to be helpful and give them the straight answers. Fancy Bazar can be overwhelming for some, but for us, it is just where we work every day. We don't really have a big marketing plan or anything like that. People just know us because they saw the sign while they were out shopping for groceries or clothes. It is a very local way of doing things. We handle the paperwork and the calls so the customers don't have to worry about it. It is just a normal travel shop in a very busy part of the city, trying to keep up with the daily rush of Guwahati life.
