Risha Tours & Travels

Risha Tours & Travels is located at House No 3 on G M C H Road in the Banghagarh area. It is a bit of a specific spot, tucked away near the Royal Market and the Kali Mandir. The temple is a big landmark for us, and you can often hear the bells or see the people visiting there throughout the day. Being on the road that leads to the medical college means there are always people around, whether it's students or people visiting the hospital. Our office is actually inside a house, which gives it a much more personal and less stiff feeling than a big commercial building. It is a bit older, with the kind of walls and floors you find in traditional Guwahati homes. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist at a glass desk. You just walk in and see us working. The neighborhood has a lot of character, with small shops and the market nearby where we get our supplies. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded on the street, especially during festivals near the Kali Mandir, but we don’t mind the energy. We have our routines, like opening the windows to let the air in and checking on the small plants we keep outside the door. It’s a humble place, but it works for us. We’ve been at House No 3 for a while now, and we like being part of this little community in Banghagarh.
