Fancy Bazar is always moving, and that is where you will find Padmavati Tours & Travels. We are inside the Oswal Complex, which is quite close to Jbs Restaurant. If you know that restaurant, finding us is pretty easy. The office isn't very big, but it serves our needs. We spend most of our time dealing with travel bookings and transport. There is always a lot of noise coming from the market outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. It feels like the heart of Guwahati right here. We aren't a big operation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us sitting at our desks. We try to keep things straightforward. People come in with all sorts of questions about buses or trains, and we do what we can to give them an answer. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones won't stop ringing, but we just take it one task at a time. We don't use any of those big words you see in brochures. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. It’s a bit of a maze in the complex sometimes, but once you find us, it’s a quiet enough spot to sit and talk about your travel plans. We’ve been at this address for a good while, so we’ve seen plenty of travelers come and go.
